Shipping Policy/COVID-19 Disclaimer

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Blosssom Glaze Kreations.  Following are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. 

When orders are processed

Orders made before 6pm, will start processing the same business day.  Orders made after 6pm, will be processed next business day. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

Please allow 3-5 business days after your order is placed to process and pack your order.  Coasters, mirrors, and larger items, wax melts please allow 5-7 business days to process. For WHOLESALE ORDERS  please allow 7-10 business days to process. No wholesale orders for scoopable wax melts at this time.

COLD PACKAGING:

  If you live in a hot or warm state consider purchasing the cool package option to reduce melting in transit.
  The cool packaging will come with a cool bubble wrap "cooler"and an ice pack that will last up to 2 days.
  Without the cool pack the product will melt in extreme heat.
  WARNING: Blosssom Glaze Kreations LLC is not responsible for items shipped without a cool pack. 

 

 

Delivery Time

Once processed and packed, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment To

Blosssom Glaze Kreations ships to addresses within the U.S only.

Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a shipment  confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.  The tracking number will be active within 24 hrs. Blosssom Glaze Kreations ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, Blosssom Glaze Kreations or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to resend or issue a refund once labled "Delivered". Blosssom Glaze Kreations does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the post office carrier. 

Undelivered Packages

If package is returned to us by the postal service, marked "undelivered", "unclaimed", or "return to sender", we will email you and refund you LESS shipping and handling charges. Refund will be sent only after the package is returned to us by postal service. Note: allow 5-7 business days for refund to post back to your account.

 If you contact the postal service after order has left us and ask them to redirect your package, Blosssom Glaze Kreations are not responsible if the package gets lost or stolen. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Blosssom Glaze Kreations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

COVID-19 DISCLAIMER 

Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date. Rest assured Blosssom Glaze Kreations will keep you updated along the way as I get new information from the carrier. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.
