Disclaimer: Due to each items being handmade, the items will not be exactly identical to the photos. Photos are examples of the color scheme and design.

NOT 100% SATISFIED 

If you are not 100% satified with your purchase, please contact Blosssom Glaze Kreations LLC. at [email protected] within 24 hrs after delivery.  Blosssom Glaze Kreations are willing to work with you on a case by case situation.  


MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Blosssom Glaze Kreations takes extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions. If item or items are missing from unopened package or damaged due to postal service conditions, please contact us at [email protected] after delivery with photos showing missing or damaged item or items. We will replace or refund at our discretion.  Shipping charges from original order will not be refunded. Two photos is required: 1. Photo of unopened package. 2. Photo after opening package to show missing or damaged item or items. 


INCORRECT ITEMS

 If you receive incorrect item or items, please email us your order # and provide photo proof. We will resend correct item at no cost. You will not be required to return wrongly sent item or items. You may keep it as a gift from us!

REFUNDS/REPLACE

If refund is granted,  allow 5-7 business days for refund to post back to your account.  If item or items are replaced, SHIPPING OF REPLACEMENT ITEM IS ON US!!!!
